Garbage & Recycle Totes
The city has supplied each household with a new blue recycle tote. As a courtesy, garbage and recycle totes need to be removed from the curb the same day the trash is picked up.

Storm Drains & Grass Clippings & Fall Leaves
As a courtesy, if you live near a storm drain, please keep storm grate clear. Keep grass clippings and fall leaves from the street. Be the best neighbor ever.

Architectural
Covenant #6 explains that the architectural control committee must approve construction and materials in advance of construction or placement of a structure. Please submit plans to the committee for approval prior to starting your project.
